Marketing Programs Manager

What you’ll be doing:

The Marketing Programs Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a broad array of marketing programs that will help drive sales of Crunch products. The MPM will work closely with the sales organization to develop lead generation programs, integrating marketing and sales automation systems. The MPM will manage critical marketing programs and processes including: outbound marketing campaigns, lead generation, lead management, website management, trade show management, and will play an integral role in the success of the overall sales and marketing teams.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include…

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media.
  • Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation.
  • Create and execute lead generation programs.
  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency.
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Develop, execute and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team

Who you are:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Programs Manager or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
